Volunteering

RDA Oaklands runs a varied program for children and adults. If you join our passionate team of volunteers you will be helping people with a variety of disabilities, ages and backgrounds to develop independence, a sense of freedom and to reach their equestrian goals. The work is varied but mainly physical, we do a lot of walking! Experience with disabilities and horses is a plus but training will be given. Volunteers help with horse handling and care, rider support, care of equipment, office duties and general stable duties. Without volunteers our clients can’t ride, your help will make a difference!
